The PDF Press sells digital products. Every guide is a downloadable PDF, delivered to your inbox right after checkout.

Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If your download link does not arrive, the file will not open, or you were charged more than once, contact us and we will sort it out, either by resending your file or correcting the charge. Reach us through our Contact page and we aim to reply within two business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
