REFUND POLICY

The PDF Press sells digital guides. Every guide is a PDF, delivered to your inbox right after checkout.

If a guide isn't what you hoped for, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to send anything back. Keep the file.

If your download link does not arrive, the file will not open, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will sort it out, either by resending your file or correcting the charge. Reach us through our Contact page and we aim to reply within two business days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
